Attitude is Everything


I saw this video on Facebook about a month ago.  It is so inspiring and totally fits in with our Healthy Living theme.  If we could all remember these simple seven steps each day, how much smoother would our days go and how much better would we feel at the end of each day?

I know I personally have a gratitude journal I write in each night and I try to take at least 20 minutes a day to meditate. These two simple steps help keep me focused throughout the day.
